institution or practitioner as it has its own Professional Doctors who consult the user and give prescription to the user before buying the product from the Rastafari Wellness website. If the doctor is satisfied, then only the user will get the Product/s. Further, as the prescription given by the doctor to the user is valid for a period of 3 months and the user shall not use the same prescription after expiry of 3 months. Also the user shall not purchase/ buy the product on the basis of the prescription issued to the other user/person. If it is found that the user is buying and using the product on the prescription issued to the other user, then it is not the responsibility of the Rastafari Wellness if any adverse cause to the user who is falsely buying and using the product.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through mutual discussions. If the dispute is not resolved within the period thirty (30) days, then the same shall be referred to the sole arbitrator who possesses knowledge in the field of the media and entertainment. The fees of the Arbitrator shall be equally borne by the both parties and fees of the arbitrator shall not exceed Rs. 20,000/- per hearing and decision rendered by the said Tribunal will be considered as final. The venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
